What do I get after purchase?

After payment at PayPal, you will get to a confirmation page with a link to download a ZIP file containing the macro Microsoft Excel file (OfficeCopier2.xls). Click on this link and save the file to your own hard drive. You will need to unzip it (extract the Microsoft Excel files from the compressed ZIP file). Once extracted from the ZIP file, just open them with Microsoft Excel every time you want to use it. There is a "HOW TO RUN THE MACRO.TXT" text file on the ZIP with a full description of its contents and how to use it.

ADVANCED SETTINGS

The Automatic Charts Copy/Paste for Microsoft PowerPoint  allows for multiple customizations and options, from simple color formatting to error diagnose and data input help.


DATA Entry Help

Excel will help you fill the necessary command cells, guiding users through the process and clearly indicating what is necessary and what is optional.

White cells must be filled, Grey cells should stay empty and yellow cells are optional (colors can be changed and Data Entry help may be disabled). - (Click to Enlarge) 


START / STOP when necessary – PARTIAL RUNS

There is no need to always run all commands:

  • Individual commands can be commented and will be ignored;
  • Use the STOP command anywhere to stop the macro from proceeding further on the command list;
  • Stop if an ERROR if found – or log the error and proceed to the next command to avoid interruptions;


COMPLETE AND USEFULL FEEDBACK

All executed commands report their success STATUS, DATE & TIME and a specific feedback message.

ERROR messages are complete and informative, including all details for easier corrective action. Error rows are painted with different color for easier identification of problems.
